Celebrate Earth Day with a sound bath to reduce stress, improve positive thinking and creativity. Explore the sound of an earth gong as a way to relax, recharge, renew!! Experience stillness to help manage ‘too much info” and the quickening pace of internet life.

In this session, Bobbi will use various gongs, singing bowls and humming-for-health meditations, to promote a deep relaxation response that balances energy and encourages healing.
